Nightmare!! Stay away! KIA always advertises about their customer service. I have never been so disappointed & angry with my experience there. Bought a used van "as is" but KIA always advertises about their customer service. I have never been so disappointed & angry with my experience there. Bought a used van "as is" but was made clear by my salesman that they would stand behind it, as their reputation is important to them. 3 weeks after buying it, I had over $1,800 worth if needed repairs including breaks! It was unsafe and irresponsible for them to ever put it on the lot. After calling to complain, they said they'd pay $100.00 towards the repairs! What a smack in the face!! My salesman Josh lied straight to my face and with such ease. He was kind, friendly, and assertive when he wanted the sale.... but when issues came up he was clearly annoyed and irritated. This experience was my first & last with KIA. Please never use this dealership. Save your time, money, and energy. More

My Kia Went in looking to buy a new car because my old one blew up. Had a little money for possible down payment in case I found the one I wanted and with he Went in looking to buy a new car because my old one blew up. Had a little money for possible down payment in case I found the one I wanted and with help from Kyle, ended up getting the Kia Soul and everything I wanted in it. He was so helpful and friendly and I have now had the car for over two years. Besides minimum, basic upkeep like oil change and such( which is expected with any car) have had no issues. Not to mention, they send an e-mail or call to remind me when its time for an oil change! And when I got a flat tire, they were so helpful and got me in right away! Cant tell you how great the customer service has been and next year when my lease is up, already know the next Kia that I am getting! :) More

A fast getaway We went there to "LOOK" at cars, 2 1/2 hours later came out with a 2014 Chevy. Just wanted to drive through the lot to see what they have.....was approached immediately....in my car! Kelly and Danielle was very nice...fast talkers. They did ask what I could afford but surprising no one knew the cost of the car when I asked. Didn't find out until the finance time. They did keep it to my monthly amount but I couldn't afford the extended warranty. The car would hesitate when you push on the accelerator then go. Then when I turned a corner, I heard a loud noise. lights came on. It was still had a warrant under Chevy but they couldn't do anything go to chevy dealer. I did. what was wrong with it was not covered under that warranty. It would cost about $300 to fix. I called Kia and because I had had it for 1 1/2 months.....they wouldn't fix it either. I am buying this $16,000 car and they wouldn't do anything because I had it for a month and a half. Sweet people.......fast talkers. NOT HAPPY! More
