Well executed service I went to KIA of Mankato and was astonished by the warmth of the whole staff. I was greeted by Angella, the receptionist with a friendly smile. She told Kyle I was there and invited my fiance and me to sit a moment while Kyle came to the front. Having talked wet l with Kyle on the phone, he found out my wants, needs, and budget qualifications. He invited me to fill out the credit application prior to coming down to Mankato as to save time. We went to two different vehicles and he let me do a lot of deciding, thinking out loud, and gave a no pressure sales experience. Upon closing the deal, the manager came and greeted us and genuinely thanked us for business and gave us a gift for being there. More
