As a person that has made some poor financial decisions in the past, it is always challenging to get a reliable vehicle if with a less than perfect credit. I have made a lot of life changes since my youth in the past, it is always challenging to get a reliable vehicle if with a less than perfect credit. I have made a lot of life changes since my youthful recklessness and was desperate for a second chance at repairing the damage I did to my credit in the past. From the initial phone call to Kia of Duluth to the day that I spoke to the salesman the experience was excellent, on like other places I've been I was never ever made to feel like a loser or low life because I have less than perfect credit, the finance department and the salesman Sean were relentless in their efforts to find financing that match my income level even if it meant lowering the asking price of the car I wanted. I will always remember how hopeful I felt after leaving there and be forever grateful. More
Hello again i just posted about my used car. How Kia is horrible. Will in fact it is true i have just found out that i need a whole new braking system in the back of my car. Kia told me i just needed new pads.....LIE!!! I'm stuck with a piece of junk. Save your self time and money. STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY!! More
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I called a few times with general questions and was told I would get a call right back...and never did. Then when I went in to speak wi a dealership. I called a few times with general questions and was told I would get a call right back...and never did. Then when I went in to speak with someone I was told I would be helped in five minutes by a sales person. Twenty five minutes later as I sat and watched three salesmen sit out front and smoke cigarettes the receptiOnist came and was attempting to help me. The car I wanted had a few minor problems and they said they would fix them. The car was also completely filthy from the previous owner. They stated it would be cleaned. I was promised it to be done by Friday. Well Friday came and went. On Monday they stated that they ordered the wrong part and it wouldn't be in until Wednesday. They had me bring back the loaner car and pick up my vehicle. It still was filthy. They didn't do any of the cleaning. They said it would be cleaned on Wednesday when I brought it back. At the very least the vehicle could have been cleaned out. So Wednesday comes..they try and tell me I have to pay for what work would be done. When the sale was made that was NOT the agreement. They told me the car would be done in two hours. It is now Thursday and I still have not heard anything. The customer service at this place is awful. I went here because my credit isn't the best and they have 100 percent credit approval. Basically what it comes down to is they feel that they can treat you in anyway because your not walking in with a 4000 dollar down payment buying a brand new Kia. I would never go back here and I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone. Sales and service are crap..I would have to say my dog is treated better at the vet. More

They were enjoyable, dependable and who have gone above and beyond for us with answering questions and making us feel like part of the KIA family. Joey was our sales rep. who walked us through the art of purchasing a vehicle. He did a wonderful job for us. We always ask for Joey if we have any questions about the vehicle. we will ask for him we purchase another KIA vechile. You can also ask for Joey when purchasing your KIA vechile or vechiles. The service in the garage is wonderful and they work in a timely fasion. Thank Yous for a wonderful vehicle Diane Miettinen and Dennis More
I am recent college grad and applied here for financing on a kia optima. As soon as they got my information they applied to about 15 banks (and other credit agencies) in order to get me approved. As a resu on a kia optima. As soon as they got my information they applied to about 15 banks (and other credit agencies) in order to get me approved. As a result i have 15 hard inquires on my credit report which brought my credit score down by about 200 points. When i asked them why did they apply to 15 banks simultaneously they said since i was a recent college grad i had a limited credit history and i had very little chance of getting a loan. In the end they said they couldn't get me approved anyway, the sales staff are amateurs.. they don't know anything and the finance department is even worse. They treated me as like they were doing me a favor by getting me a car!! After this terrible experience i went to kolar hyundai, they got me approved instantly on a brand new 2012 sonata under their college grad program.. These guys at kolar knew what they were doing, they were professionals and they behaved in the same manner. More
