First time at Kia of Chattanooga and it was a great experience. Everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. They even walked me to my car and opened the door for me when I was leaving. I had a light on in my car that would not go away and they took care of it and checked the pressure in all my tires. Will definitely be back for any service needs for my Kia Soul! More

Though I bought my car from another Dealer KOC took care of me like i was their own. I was facing a bad engine in a car I just bought and wasn't halfway on payments yet. I was scared and frustrated. Gavin set my mind at ease first call and didn't change through the whole experiance. And my repair did not cost me a cent. That's huge! If you make me nitpick anything i would say keeping customers informed on progress would be nice. Like a site we could log into and see what's been done so we don't have to call.. On Wednesday October 14th, I had a 3:30 appointment for a headlight replacement. Upon arrival, Charlie was extremely friendly, and eager to help. However, while a headlight replacement only takes a short while, it was a few minutes before 5:30 when everything was finally completed. Although I do understand things happen, and some days can be a little busier than others, I waited for two hours before I got an update on why it was taking so long, and even that was only because of the initiative that I took to ask. When I finally did ask for assistance, I was told that the bulb needed for my headlight wasn’t present at the dealership, that it had been ordered, and I was waiting for it to arrive. But this was an extreme inconvenience. As I had scheduled an appointment a day before, there was ample time for the bulb to be ordered prior to my appointment. It also would have been nice to be informed about the delay during the time of my arrival. I depend on KIA for service needs often, and I can say this was by far the worse experience with KIA I’ve ever had. However, I hope for a better experience in the future. More
