I am very pleased with my recent service on my Kia Sportage. They were courteous, informative, pleasant, and kept in touch to let me know about the progress. Request ignored My husband ask to ride with service tech to identify issue. They never offered to do so. Came out and said we needed a new transmission. The right one drags with low moisture. Said it was fine and did not replace. We received no paperwork for visit, my husband does not know who he talked with. I will use a name below in order to submit the review, though I do not know who it was. Am not trying to put it off on anyone ,but have to use a name to make it go through! By the way, this was second visit about same issue. This is our second KIA from the Chattanooga dealership. We expect better with next visit! More

He wasn’t rude but he wasn’t very friendly or uplifting it just kind of seemed like he didn’t really care if I purchased a vehicle or not. hand.
