Bought a vehicle from there and having issues with electrical in seats to where we can not drive the vehicle. We were told face to face that “ANYTHING” goes wrong with in the extended warranty would b electrical in seats to where we can not drive the vehicle. We were told face to face that “ANYTHING” goes wrong with in the extended warranty would be done for free. And we asked multiple times about that before we signed the papers to make sure that all of that was understood correctly. and now they are going back on there word. That we have to pay a deductible. That was not ever discussed one time on terms and conditions. We will not recommend Kia to anyone ever again. And our vehicle is still not fixed at that, we are still waiting on it. From the dealer. I dropped my car off the day prior to have oil change and my interior lights checked out. About 4 hours the next day I call to see what's up ava they haven't done anything to it. They said they called but I was home all day and there was no call. I was told my apt was July 6th, not June 8th. Why would I have scheduled an oil change for 6 weeks in advance? Exactly! I wouldn't have. They then proceed to tell me my maintenance plan expired at 60000 (I had 60900 on my car) I was under the impression my maintenance plan was for as long as I had my car but I guess I could have misinterpreted when I signed. Anyways, there was no mention of this at the previous oil change and they could have done a courtesy and let me know then. I told them to forget it and that was pretty shady. On top the lights which haven't worjed since the last oil change. They told me it would be 99 bucks to check it and then if it warranty they would credit it or whatever. At that time they told me to change the lights to make sure it wasn't a bulb. The lights come on and then go off and flicker. They stay on sometimes and work. They told me the bulbs were bad. Umm, they start on and work sometimes. That's a weird magical light bulb. They didn't have that part to fix either. I'll have someone else check it. On top of that my battery went out in 2. 5 years. Put better batteries in. That's not on them, that's on Kia. I've purchased 2 kias from this dealership and really had no complaints up until these last 2 appointments. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won't be back to this dealership again. They've lost a repeat customer. More
Took a little too long. Went outside of dealership and my car was setting there. I figured the service was complete so I went and ask. I was told the paperwork was being completed.
