I moved here from FL a year ago and have been having my 2011 Sedona service work done at KIA of Chattanooga. Brian was very helpful during our visit because he was able to not only specifically answer our question regarding the fuel reimbursement program, he was able to ensure we were enrolled correctly. During two previous visits two other Service employees (I did not get their names) were less than helpful regarding this question. Also, Brian was able to address a concern (engine knocking) and reviewed gas types and grades, and also explained we'd need to being the car in during the week for further inspection. Thank you to Brian, not just because he's doing his job (which is what all employees should do), but also because he does it in a friendly, professional and clear way. More
