I was there to have my first oil change on my new KIA. The people were very friendly. They greeted me immediately. They sent me to the waiting area that had drinks and food for the people that were waiting The people were very friendly. They greeted me immediately. They sent me to the waiting area that had drinks and food for the people that were waiting. I went for a walk around the lot. Several people asked me if I needed help. Very friendly,not pushy. Transportation was offered if I did not want to stay there. After my walk, I was informed that my car was almost finished. Which was about the time that they said it would take it to be finished. I was shown the paperwork. No charge. I was walked to my car which was not far. More
