Kia Of Chattanooga - Service Center

Good service. Friendly I went to Kia of Chattanooga to have some service work done on my Sorento. I left with a 'new' vehicle. I was sitting in the reception area provided I went to Kia of Chattanooga to have some service work done on my Sorento. I left with a 'new' vehicle. I was sitting in the reception area provided for those having work done on their vehicle. I was doing some embroidery hand work and I accidently overheard a sales associate talking to another customer...when he was going over the list of pre-owened autos I heard him say 'Escape'. (I couldn't tell you anything else that was said by him..) I asked the check in lady to see them and asked for the cost of each.. I went out to view them and when I came back in she introduced me to a sales associate. I drove home in my new Escape. I love, love, love my sales associate. She was so very helpful and sweet. The lady at the check in desk shared her heater with me also after my trip to see the Escapes... It was quiet chilly outside. I never intended to purchase a new auto..but I love my Escape. My Kia was fine but my heart wasn't in it. Sorry. But I still use Kia of Chattanooga for my service. More

Oil change I went after work for a quick oil change and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Poor quality vehicle Paid a total of $190.00 for a new key fob transmitter. Past repairs were for two door handles at $600.00 per and a satellite attenna repair for $400. This vehicle is not worth the trouble and I won’t recommend anyone buy one. More

Excellent experience I had an oil change scheduled for 8:30 in the morning on 10/30. When I arrived, I was greeted by a service person who checked my VIN and had my inform I had an oil change scheduled for 8:30 in the morning on 10/30. When I arrived, I was greeted by a service person who checked my VIN and had my information pulled up before I got to the desk. He explained what was going to be done, checked for any recalls and verified my extended service agreement to check for tire rotation. Once completed I will nice again was retrieved from the waiting area and it was explained what was done to my car and what concerns they had. Thank you Kia for making it a seemless experience More
