Had an issue with my Kia and took it in for repairs. Some how I got lost in the shuffle and ended up waiting too long for my repairs. I was upset and was put in touch with Greg. The service attendant was excellent; however, the showroom personnel did not wear masks. I don't think that sends the right message.
