Had an appointment for 10 but got there early at 9:40--car was done by 11:15. Good customer service but my concerns about the oil smelling like gas was not addressed by the maintenance crew. I went in for a service a recall and found the 2021 Soul while I waited. Craig Pesnell knew all the right questions to ask me about my needs and budget. The technician in service was very helpful and kept me apprised of what was going on with my car. However, I wasn’t really satisfied with the safety for Covid. The shuttle driver did not wear a mask alt apprised of what was going on with my car. However, I wasn’t really satisfied with the safety for Covid. The shuttle driver did not wear a mask although we had one of those worthless Gators around his neck. Most employees did have a mask, but most were not wearing them correctly by covering both their mouths and noses or did not wear them unless a customer approached. Even then it was haphazard. Other than that no issues. Everyone was very friendly. More
