Longest oil change EVER!! I was in for an oil change, rotation and car wash. It took almost 3 hours!! Ridiculous! I had an appointment, I think maybe one person did ALL the wor I was in for an oil change, rotation and car wash. It took almost 3 hours!! Ridiculous! The wash looks pretty good, but windows are streaky, and there’s still bird poop on the side. 😕 normally love these guys, this trip was terrible! More

Miles verification Robert was the name of team member who helped me for verification of mileage of my kia soul 2012 fuel reimbursement program. Service (Appointment) Had a scheduled appointment for service. Also needed a tire checked out for a slow leak. Took a little over 2 hours to complete.
