Passenger door handle We had the car checked on the day we bought it they stated they knew what the problem was. So I brought the car back in a few days later sat there fo We had the car checked on the day we bought it they stated they knew what the problem was. We took by and a mechanic checked it out and said he knew what the problem was. set up another appointment when we took it in for a 2-3 hour job it took 3 days as not only the handle was broke a plate was broke and they had to order it wrong part came in and had to wait another day. Finally after 3 days we got our car back. We took the car to Florida navigation system was not updated. I just wished that the navigation system had been updated prior to me purchasing the vehicle More

2013 Kia Optima Recall. I was traveling to TN and my Optima broke down on the freeway. Long story short, it was because of a recall on the engine and once if felt close to de I was traveling to TN and my Optima broke down on the freeway. Long story short, it was because of a recall on the engine and once if felt close to death, “limp mode” was activated by the on board CPU causing it to limit functionality and speed. I called Kia of Chattanooga and had it towed there. Charlie Puckett was a great help each step of the way. He let me know that there was nothing to worry about and Kia was aware of the issue and I would get a brand new engine. He was nice and helpful while everyone else seemed disinterested and a little annoyed. I was given a rental car for 2 weeks and got my Kia Optima back as good as new. Thumbs Up. More

Quick and courteous I had brakes done the a couple of months ago and started hearing a weird noise. Called the service department and was told to bring it in. I got there within 15 minutes and they took my car back reasonably quick. Checked everything from a mechanically sound stance and found nothing. Brought my car back to me with a greater peace of mind and I was gone in about an hour, No Charge! Thanks Guys! More

what I don’t like about this dealership I usually have to wait for a week or two before I can get an appointment at this dealership and I can’t take my car anywhere else to get my oil change I usually have to wait for a week or two before I can get an appointment at this dealership and I can’t take my car anywhere else to get my oil changed because it will void my warranty. When I was in Gainesville GA I could call them and they could get me in either that day or the next and they always washed my car for me and this dealership hasn’t even bothered to wash me car for me or anything like that. Left with more than I was ever expecting I came in to kia on Friday on a whim just to see if getting a new car was even in the cards for me. I had an 06 optima which had served me very well but it was time to change. Scott was AMAZING from the second I pulled into the lot. He met me at my car with an umbrella so i wouldn't have to walk in the rain , greeted me with a huge smile and we got right to work. I was completely open and honest that I didn't have a whole lot of credit to work with and that I wasn't sure he could even do anything for me but he still took the challenge with stride. After showing me every available car and going over everything in extreme detail, he was able to get me a brand new 2020 Kia soul and im in love with it! Its got plenty of room for all my friends, nieces/nephews and my dogs. I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. It`ll likely be a long time until were in the market for another car but I will come straight back to Scott when the time comes :) More
