Service review I have been a Ford person all my life but took a chance on a Kia. I had my first oil change and recall repair and couldnt be happier with the service I have been a Ford person all my life but took a chance on a Kia. I was informed every step of the way, treated with respect and they even offered to shuttle me somewhere so I didnt have to wait! My experience so far has been out of this world! Thank you! More
Outstanding Personalized Service I took my car in for an oil change and detail. The service crew was very upfront about the anticipated cost and the amount of time it would take. Everything came in at the quoted prices and timeframe. Their prices are quite reasonable. My car looks like a new car after the detailing! I was treated with respect, friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy. Charlie took ownership of my issues from the moment I dropped off my car until he brought my squeaky clean car back to me, and ensured I left a happy camper. I'm absolutely delighted with my service experience and with my 2014 Kia Soul. I'm a Kia driver for life! More

Great Service Met and welcomed immediately on arrival. Faulty door and rainwater from the dealer I went to Kia of Chattanooga with my recall on the automatic passenger doors. Apparently there was an issue with them continuing to close even if brus I went to Kia of Chattanooga with my recall on the automatic passenger doors. Apparently there was an issue with them continuing to close even if brushing against someone. After the recall, my doors would intermittently fail everyday. Not pleasant when you have four children. I brought it in at 59,000 miles under the original warranty. After leaving it for the day, they said it was working fine and made no repair. The doors continued to fail the next couple of weeks including my time on vacation. I returned to Kia of Chattanooga with the same problem. They said they would repair it under my extended warranty as I had gone past 60,000 miles even though I brought it in for the same repair before that mark. After having it for days, they finally called and told me they diagnosed the problem and had ordered a part but it would be a week or two before it’s arrival. I received this call on a Friday. When I went the next day, after returning a relative’s car as my alternative transportation (and having to hurry to work), my car was in the service area with a fan running on the middle row of the car. They say it got a little damp while they were “running tests.” It seemed very curious that they diagnosed the problem the previous day and it was still wet. The day I went to pick it up it was raining very hard. If they ran tests, would they not do it on the service area if it was raining? But if it’s still wet a day after the diagnosis and I was able to pick it up anytime, it tells me my passenger door was left open during the rain and forgotten. And it was the smell from the car that continued the following days that made me suspect it even more. So I took the car back again about the smell. Robert Painter, the “Service Advisor,” approached me in the waiting area. He asked about my car being wet. I told him that it smelled really bad from exposure and I was worried about mildew with my young kids, one which is four months old. I told him that they don’t need to smell that. As it can cause respiratory issues. He said something to the effect that there are probably a lot of things my kids don’t need to be smelling by the appearance of my car. Yes, that’s what he said. I have four kids and my car isn’t perfect, but that smell is not because of a few minor stains from kids or their crumbs from that morning’s breakfast of pop tarts. I told him it didn’t smell like that before and he responded with something along the lines of “that’s debatable.” No apologies for getting my car wet. Acting as though I was inconveniencing him or asking for something for free. I just wanted the smell out. He eventually agreed to cleaning the seat. All I wanted. The smell lingered after their cleaning and I did some home remedies to eventually get it out. It still lasted days more. I did not expect to be insulted, especially by the people who got my interior wet. I pray my kids do not get sick. I have bronchitis and a sinus infection. It may be the weather, but a part of me wonders about exposure to the mildew. Kia of Chattanooga didn’t seem to care about my family’s health. It felt like they had my money and didn’t have to do anymore than fix the door that essentially took two months to fix. More
