Gave up on fixing 2016 KIA SOUL Took my Kia Soul Plus to Chattanooga Service 3 times for same problem, paying about $550 in total. Car intermitently would not start. The last time I Took my Kia Soul Plus to Chattanooga Service 3 times for same problem, paying about $550 in total. Car intermitently would not start. The last time I was told they could not figure out problem and have no idea what to do. They deserted me. I will never buy another car from them. I bought this one at Chattanooga KIA, a 2016. It is now worthless even though I bought lifetime warranty, and I still owe $11,000. I need a dependable car and they are too ignorant to fix it. Not sure whether to write KIA headquarters and report this disservice, do a lot of ratings on line so other KIA owners won't be left without a car at all like I am. Only 3 years old with full warranty. Won't start every time, and they don"t have knowledge to fix it not starting every time. !Heartbreaking!!! More

Frustrating Took nine calls, six messages over a five-day span to be able to talk to service. Then would have had to wait nine more days to get in. Found another more reliable Kia service center elsewhere. Had been a fan and recommended several other people to purchase cars there in the past. Over 12 attempts to have the system get my and my wife’s telephone numbers correct...never happened. More

Car Buying Made Easy When I went in Pierre was was so willing to help. I told him that my truck had recently been totaled due to a wreak. He suggested the Kia Sportage and When I went in Pierre was was so willing to help. I told him that my truck had recently been totaled due to a wreak. He suggested the Kia Sportage and asked me if I wanted to do a test drive. Along the ride he was explaining and showing me all the features and really made me feel like it was the truck of my dreams. The process was so stress free and didn’t take long at all. Everyone was super friendly and they all felt like family! I would definitely recommend Kia of Chattanooga again and Pierre is a wonderful agent I wouldn’t say he’s a sales agent because he felt like a friend there was no pressure and it was such a breeze!
