Disappointed I purchased a brand new Telluride, which I was excited about. When we went initially went to view the car in June, there were upgrades that we were wa I purchased a brand new Telluride, which I was excited about. When we went initially went to view the car in June, there were upgrades that we were wanting, so we had to order the car. We were told it was going to take 6 weeks which is fine. Then 6 weeks go by, and still no car. We are told it will be in early August, and still no car. This happens another 3/4 times, and we were finally given a final date for a December pickup. If we would've known the car was going to take 7 months to arrive, we could have planned differently for the purchase. During the initial negotiation, we were trading in our car and receiving rebates to lower the final price. We were told that we couldn't go ahead and pay for the car and could only put a downpayment. After waiting 7 months, the car we were trading in depreciated another $2,000.00 dollars (according to the dealership) and we missed out on all the rebates. We paid another $3,000.00 than we had originally agreed upon in June. The dealership did not honor our original agreement and what was even more comical, all the upgrades we had asked for didn't come with the car we received in December. We were told to purchase them outside of KIA. The only thing we received was the all-wheel-drive we had asked for. We felt lied to and the dealership did nothing to help fix the issue. They didn't do anything to help get the parts for us, and all they did was add a free oil change. More
