Great Customer service My car starting having engine problems on the first day of our vacation. We had it towed to the nearest Kia in Chattanooga. We were greeted by Jacob t My car starting having engine problems on the first day of our vacation. We had it towed to the nearest Kia in Chattanooga. We were greeted by Jacob the next morning when we arrived to have the car checked out. From the first day to the last day when we picked it up they stayed in contact with us and informed us of what was going due to a motor recall. Our rental car was covered and we got to enjoy the week vacation we were on. Couldn’t have asked for better! More

3rd gen soul for the win Test drove a Cruze hatchback and looked on a Hyundai lot. Found the soul to have most storage and comfort for the price. Scott was our sales rep. Whil Test drove a Cruze hatchback and looked on a Hyundai lot. Found the soul to have most storage and comfort for the price. Scott was our sales rep. While he wasn't 100% knowledgeable on the new gen soul, he did everything right in my eyes. He made several trips to and fro for keys to different models, we went on a test drive, and they told us the price. We opted to take a lunch break before deciding between the Cruze and Soul, ended up being an easier decision. More

Never buy a Kia I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento in August Of this year and have had absolutely nothing but problems. The sorento has a horrible vibration, in which non I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento in August Of this year and have had absolutely nothing but problems. The sorento has a horrible vibration, in which none of the 3 dealerships that it has been to can find. Kia of Chattanooga kept it for a week and put 200 miles on it, all to tell me that it didn’t “act up” with them. Funny thing is, as soon as I got on the interstate to head back home, I felt it.... I will NEVER buy another Kia product. More
