Great communication and a quick fix. They really stepped it up this time. I was really impressed with the fact that they went above and beyond to help address my concern and once they realized that it wasn’ it up this time. In this world we need more serviceman that recognize human plate and the challenges we face, and typically in the automotive environment it can be really stressful because it’s typically out of our control and understanding of what needs to be done. Got a flat tire on my 2019 Cadenza SXL. As I was traveling from way out of state. It was not repair able. They did not have my factory tire in stock. Asked if they would call anther kia dealership i traveling from way out of state. It was not repair able. They did not have my factory tire in stock. Asked if they would call anther kia dealership in the area they said no, or see if any where in town would carry that tire size. They said they would not call, or help with with an recommendation for a local tire ship. This was at 7am. They could try to get a tire by 4pm and see when they could work me in the service department. After being asked if i had purchased from them, I Felt I wasn't treated properly because I did not buy my car from their dealership. Made a few calls on my own found a local shop less than 2 miles down the road from Kia, that had my tire in stock. It took them less than 20 minutes to mount and balance my new tire. Then me and my family were back on the road with our vacation trip. When you spend $45,000 on their "flagship sedan" and are from out of town. The Kia dealership should help you any way they can, or at least point you in the right direction. Very disappointed in this dealerships customer service. Would be no stars if I could. I will reach out to corporate Kia when I get back home. More
