I had a really good car buying experience. Hank was very nice and helpful. Missing an interior piece in my car that goes on my dashboard and a hubcap(Kia) piece that goes over the bolts is missing. Gas was super low seeing that I had it on full. As far as the new engine as of now it’s working fine. I was miss told information about a rental actually went a week and a half without a car, and was told my Charlie dealerships don’t give rentals and to try the Kia customer service number. Luckily I came up to get an update and another gentleman helped get me in a rental and answer all my questions(I wish I remembered his name because he was the only pleasant experience I had there). But honestly I’d never come back for another service nor send anyone due to it seeming very unorganized. More
