I didn’t have to wait. They took my car in right away. Offered me free snacks while I waited. My car was dirty due the recent rains but when I got it back, it was sparkling clean. I appreciate that. Request ignored My husband ask to ride with service tech to identify issue. They never offered to do so. Came out and said we needed a new transmission. The right one drags with low moisture. Said it was fine and did not replace. We received no paperwork for visit, my husband does not know who he talked with. I will use a name below in order to submit the review, though I do not know who it was. Am not trying to put it off on anyone ,but have to use a name to make it go through! By the way, this was second visit about same issue. This is our second KIA from the Chattanooga dealership. We expect better with next visit! More
I am very pleased with my recent service on my Kia Sportage. They were courteous, informative, pleasant, and kept in touch to let me know about the progress. They also helped arrange for a rental car, making that process easier as well. I am missing one small part next to my gearshift that probably got lost or fell out during the service...I do still need to follow-up with the service department about that. But otherwise, everything went great! More
