I probably will never be back. Emergency brake was left loose had to come back and get that fixed and it didn’t work loose as it was not like that when I dropped it off. They fixed it the next day or so ha loose had to come back and get that fixed and it didn’t work loose as it was not like that when I dropped it off. They fixed it the next day or so had me run by then next week plastic flap flipped down on interstate because two bolts were left out so I tied it up ran by and they wanted me to leave it or make an appointment all it takes is 2 min to put bolts in that Kia left off. I ran ntb and they fixed it like 20 seconds free of charge. I think I will use Kia of Cleveland in the future. If tech can’t make sure everything is put back More

They were very easy to work with and not too pushy. Gave me the best deal I could find in several counties. Pierre Williams was my salesman and I felt that he went above and beyond to beat the deals I took me the best deal I could find in several counties. I first saw him on a Saturday and drove the car, he wasn’t pushy at all as I told him I had just started looking. I drove Toyota, Honda, and Hyundai and I liked the way that the Optima drove the best. Someone told me to go to Kia of Cleveland so I did. They were going to give me this great deal only it was based on MSRP price, so essentially they were going to give me nothing for my car. I was going to buy it there but something about the numbers did not add up to me. Monday on my lunch break I went back to see Pierre and told him I was going to buy that Optima from whoever gave me the best deal. He his Manager Mr Dempsey really worked with all of the numbers showing me the different ways I could go. I ended up getting my car for $5000 less than what Cleveland was offering. When I questioned Cleveland about it they suddenly could do it cheaper, but I was done with them by that time. Honesty means a lot to me and they were not being truthful. I made the deal there with Pierre on my lunch break and picked up my new car after work. When I picked up my car Pierre went over every feature in the car and spent a good amount of time with me. I was very impressed with him and the sales manager there that day. They gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for me. I have already sent several friends and coworkers there who were looking in Cleveland. I could not have asked for a better deal or better service from these two guys that day. I’m loving my Kia and I’m so happy I bought it. I will continue to send everyone I know looking for a car to Pierre at Kia of Chattanooga. You guys really do make the deals nobody else will. I have had a very hard time finding my daughter a reliable car. It was more stressful than I had ever considered, to say the least.
