Dustin was great from start to finish. He greeted us the moment we approached the lot and made me feel very comfortable car shopping for the first time. Clyde was very sweet as well and while I am more familiar with loans, having bought a house recently, he was still patient and kind despite having so many people in the dealership. I know they were both busy, but they made me feel like I was the only person that mattered when I had their time. I loved my experience from chatting with Lindsey's team online to picking out the car woth Dustin and agreeing to the loan with Clyde. Everyone was fantastic! I discovered my left blinker wasn't working shortly after I left the lot and Dustin got me right in and my car was fixed, for free, almost as soon as I parked it. I have loved my experience so far and I have both Dustin's and Clyde's cards if I ever have any questions. This experience has not only made me a Kia driver for life, but I'll definitely be changing mechanics to Kia as well. I am beyond satisfied.
