I love my Kia but I will never by another because of the service department. I had a 2:00 appointment for a recall and at 2:40 my car had not been moved from the service drive in areas. When I asked again about that statement he blew me off and kept looking at papers. I told him I always felt like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer when I came in. More
