After being treated like garbage at Mountain View Ford of Chattanooga we decided to take our 2014 Ford Focus to Kia of Chattanooga to see what deals they could get us. This has to be my worst experience with Kia. I dropped my car off Tuesday. Wednesday I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called 3 times on Wednesday, left messages, never heard back from service or the service man car off Tuesday. Wednesday I hadn’t heard from anyone. I called 3 times on Wednesday, left messages, never heard back from service or the service manager. Thursday I called 3 more times.. still no one answers their phones nor returned my phone calls. By 445 on Thursday the receptionist advised me all the managers had left for the day. This deeply upset me because I had left them voicemails. So in my eyes they have unfinished business and decided to leave for the day. At this point I called customer service and explained my situation. I just wanted to hear from someone at this point. He emailed the regional manager. And magically by 10am the following morning the service department returned my phone calls. I was even able to get the service manager on the phone . They were unable to diagnose the problem. Which is frustrating because they had my car for 4 days and my car has this problem pretty regularly.. I’m greatly disappointed More
