Easiest car buying experience. I drove from out of town because they had the car I wanted and at a great price. They were honest, gave a low price upfront without haggling. There were no extra fees and they did not try to up sale any products during the process (except the extended warranty which is reasonable and worth at least hearing about). Despite the long road trip to get there for me, I will return for my next Kia. More

Initially, I went in looking at cars only. I didn't really think that I would be able to buy a car. My husband and I had recently bought a used car, which had problems about 4 days after we drove it of really think that I would be able to buy a car. Unfortunately, the dealership would not allow us to return the vehicle or do anything about its issues. Kia didn't have what we needed, but Jamie showed me the rebates that were available, took my number, and he said he would find us one that we really liked. He called ~ 2 days later to let me know he hadn't forgotten about me, but he hadn't been able to find any around our area, yet. I was able to tell him the four features that I really wanted to on a van, and that was how he based his search. Within the next week, he called to let us know that there were two he found in Atlanta with the features we wanted, and if we were ready to buy or trade in, he and the sales manager were willing to go get it. When I came in to discuss financing, he explained the two Sedonas that he had found for us. He planned to leave the next morning to go get it. When I got home, my husband and I discussed that we wanted to get a different color (Silver) because it was what we liked better than what we picked (Red). He was super nice and very willing to work out having the DVD player put in it, as that was the only feature we wanted that the Silver one was missing. He went to get it on Thursday mid-morning. We unfortunately weren't able to stay and complete the financing that evening. The next day, went in to complete the paperwork, and it was extremely easy. When I sat down with Clyde, he already had the paperwork ready to go for me to sign. He was helpful with giving us a deal on our extended warranty, he also called a couple of different finance companies to assure that we got the best interest rate. Also, he spoke with my husband over the phone in order to explain some things that my husband had questions about. He explained everything I had questions about and was very patient. Making the trade-in and sale was made much simpler by the people that helped us out. We had a fantastic experience!!! More
I cannot say Thank you enough to Jamie Ryan for all of his help. I had orginally found a car I was interested in and my dad went the next day to check on it. When he got there, he didn't see the car and a his help. I had orginally found a car I was interested in and my dad went the next day to check on it. When he got there, he didn't see the car and asked a sales person. Needless to say they were not helpful at all. So I called and Jamie answered the phone. I told him the situation and that my dad was standing in the lot. So as soon as we hung up the phone, he was out on the lot helping my dad. The car we were after had sold, but Jamie went above and beyond. He called first thing the next morning to let me know that there was another one that had come in and he wanted to let me know first thing so I could come look at it. We went to look at one at Kia of Cleveland and we were not impressed at all. While we were in Cleveland, Jamie called to tell me that he now had two on the lot and thought I would really like them. My parents said loyalty is something that is important in a sales person when buying a car. Needless to say, Jamie showed it. We left Cleveland and went straight to Chattanooga to see him. He met us on the lot right away and provided every answer that we had. Absolutely awesome! My dad is hard to impress, but admitted when we left, that he has never seen such an great guy. I left in a car I love and had the best experience. My husband and I both now drive Kia's, and as long as I can work with Jamie again, we will continue to drive Kia's. The best thing is that his service didn't stop once we had signed the papers. I called with some questions after I got home, and he was even great then. So to whoever the sales guy was that didn't help my dad and left him standing in the lot, you need to learn from Jamie Ryan. Let him show you how it is done! Great experience and we will be back! I love my Kia Sorento! Drives great, good size and roomy with comfort. When I first came to Kia of Chattanooga I was in an extremely tough situation. When my wife was looking for a new car / suv we shopped around and we stopped at Kia of Chattanooga the last place we test drove the kia Optima and she fell in love. The sales person ( Ken Ford ) was a great not like a lot of others salesman we dealt with in the past and Clyde Dempsey is one of the nicest finance guys you will ever meet. This is the first kia we have ever owned and I if I'm ever in need of a car I will go to Kia of Chattanooga first I would and will Recommend Kia of Chattanooga. More
I feel like I have purchased a car from a friend rather than a salesman. From the beginning, Sinisa (Hank) treated me and my family like I feel you should be treated at a car dealership. He was never pushy and never seemed like he was just there for a sale. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, rebates, and any other questions I had. Even after the sale, he went over and beyond, making sure I was comfortable with all of the features and equipment. He stayed until after 9:00 pm to assure I was comfortable with everything. Terry was also great to work with. He, as well as all other employees at Kia of Chattanooga, offered drinks and anything needed to make me feel relaxed (even a few laughs). Clyde was great in the finaincial department. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense to someone who doesn't know much about the financial side of things. I will, for sure, recommend this dealership and my salesmen to everyone I know! More
