I would definitely recommend this dealership. As a single female having had a few bad experiences with car dealerships and salesmen..I was anticipating the same thing as I walked into the dealership however female having had a few bad experiences with car dealerships and salesmen..I was anticipating the same thing as I walked into the dealership however I left with a new vehicle and no concerns about the choice that I had made--I felt that every employee that was involved in my purchase went above & beyond to make sure that I was happy with my choice of vehicle--I have given Jamie Ryan's name to a number of people and told them to ask for him @ Kia when they decide to make that new car purchase. As a woman going shopping for a car by myself, I really appreciated all the help the employees gave me with helping to pick out the perfect car for me that would suit all my needs as well as my budget. We recently purchased our 3rd Kia in the last 16 months. We wanted to trade our Sorento for a new Sportage. Purchasing a car from Karen Cross at Kia of Chattanooga was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. She knew the type of car I was looking for and immediately called me when it came in. I was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The service department also did a great job. They ordered new tires for my car and had them on the car the next day.
