Ricky Burnette gave my daughter and I the best experience I have ever had when it comes to buying cars. He knew this was my daughter's 1st car and he knew how important this was for both of us. He made sure the tank was full, oil changed, and he personally paid for a complete detail on the car. A week after the car was bought, the battery died and Ricky paid for a new one to be installed. Our visit to Kia of Chattanooga was excellent from beginning to end. From my conversation with Kenneth the sales manager on the phone we learned that the friendly folks there would help us get a new K beginning to end. Kenneth met us at the door and amazed me with his memory in such detail of our brief conversation hours before. That told me we were important to him and the staff at Kia of Chattanooga. He then introduced us to John Woodall who helped us and he was GREAT!!! He not only was courteous and informative in helping us see what vehicle would fit our needs but he was knowledgable of the different vehicles Kia has to offer.John helped us through the entire process and was very friendly and pleasant the whole time. I feel as if John is a friend and I just met him today! Another great person we came in contact with was Mike Pomeroy. Mike was very personable and encouraging to us and took the time to explain different financing and warranty options. He too was very good to us today and helped us purchase a great vehicle.
