I had been searching for a car for a couple of weeks and found nothing, I searched Kia of Chattanooga's inventory online and found a great used car. We went to Hyundai and Nissan the same day test driving cars and no matter what we ended back at the Kia dealership the cars just do not compare in quality and feel the Kia vehicles gives you. We looked at the Hyundai Accent and The Nissan Versa and the Kia Rio. The Kia won hands down...No contest. Also, Ricky gave us the keys for the Rio and said go have fun take it for a test drive and did not come with us. This was a plus, it allowed my wife and I to have a conversation with out someone asking us questions and making you feel like you can not talk openly. The other dealerships we had a sales persons with us on the test drives. Kia of Chattanooga knows that their cars and service sales itself. Ricky was great and is honest and never once felt pushy in any way. He knew once we test drove the Kia Rio and went to check the other cars we would be back and he was right.
