The technician in service was very helpful and kept me apprised of what was going on with my car. However, I wasn’t really satisfied with the safety for Covid. The shuttle driver did not wear a mask alt apprised of what was going on with my car. However, I wasn’t really satisfied with the safety for Covid. The shuttle driver did not wear a mask although we had one of those worthless Gators around his neck. Most employees did have a mask, but most were not wearing them correctly by covering both their mouths and noses or did not wear them unless a customer approached. Even then it was haphazard. Other than that no issues. Everyone was very friendly. More

Had an issue with my Kia and took it in for repairs. Some how I got lost in the shuffle and ended up waiting too long for my repairs. I was upset and was put in touch with Greg.
