Every time I come here I dread it. Come in for a recommended service, to them wanting to add an additional 100.00 to the bill. Just to diagnose an issue is 100.00. That’s not including if they find recommended service, to them wanting to add an additional 100.00 to the bill. Just to diagnose an issue is 100.00. That’s not including if they find what’s wrong, which they will. You would think the multiple point inspection would cover that especially if you do their recommended services. After being told my vehicle would be done in 10 minutes 4 separate times, on the last go around I was told I had a bad cv and that if it’s completely bad then they wouldn’t allow me to leave because it would be dangerous. Awesome, very understandable. But then it changed to oh they said it was fine to drive on. That’s a very odd spectrum to go though from a bad part to completely fine. Vehicle shouldn’t be quick of course but it should be consistent. I’ve never had consistency with Chattanooga or Cleveland. If it weren’t for having a vehicle lifetime warranty due to a faulty engine we would gladly take our business to Volkswagen. More
