Great service! We came to test drive a Kia Rio and a Kia Forte. I was reluctant about buying a new car because I didn’t think it would be affordable. They allowed us We came to test drive a Kia Rio and a Kia Forte. I was reluctant about buying a new car because I didn’t think it would be affordable. They allowed us to test drive both of the cars. I instantly loved the Kia Forte. We told them there was another car we were looking at and wanted to test drive. They were extremely understanding and friendly. They went ahead and let us see what payments would be for various different combinations of interest and length of term. They worked to stay within my budget of payments. After we test drove the other vehicle we saw there was no way it would compare to the Kia Forte. We went back to Kia and let them know of our choice. They started paperwork and pulled my car off the lot and sent it for cleaned and filled it up. They got us through paperwork quickly but still were very informative. Once all the paperwork was done they went over features about the vehicle and helped me hook up my phone. We had a wonderful experience. More

Not Trustworthy My airbag light came on. It turned out it is a common issue for my car and the part was under extended warranty. The service associate told me that th My airbag light came on. It turned out it is a common issue for my car and the part was under extended warranty. The service associate told me that there was a $100 diagnostic fee and IF it was the part under warranty that was broken, they would wave the fee. That sounded fishy to me, so I rescheduled my appointment and called Kia and got a copy of the warranty. It clearly states in the warranty that if at any point the airbag light comes on, Kia will diagnose the problem for free. I called the manager to let him know, and he said “That’s just how we’ve always done things around here, but if that’s what the warranty says that’s what we’ll do. I’ll let my employees know we need to change that policy in this case.” When I got to my appointment the next week, the employee again told me it would be a $100 diagnostic fee. I read the clause in the warranty to them where it states they have to diagnose it for free. The employee kept interjecting “IF it is the OCS sensor.” Which is silly because you can’t just verbally add a clause to a warranty. I told her I spoke to the manager last week and he told me he would alert them that they should in fact diagnose airbag problems for free. She said ok they would diagnose it if that’s what the manager said. I couldn’t help but feel like they are ripping people off who don’t go through the trouble of looking at the warranty themself. It left a really sour impression on me. I won’t return. More
