Best dealership experience ever. This was the easiest, most pain-free experience at a dealership we have ever encountered. This was also the first time we have purchased a brand new v This was the easiest, most pain-free experience at a dealership we have ever encountered. This was also the first time we have purchased a brand new vehicle. Our sales person Scott, was great at every step. Every question we had was answered quickly and efficiently. And we felt like our business was valued. Not only would I recommend this dealership to anyone I encounter, but I will gladly go there again when we are ready to purchase another new vehicle. --EDIT 9-10-2019 There were a few hiccups with the vehicle so far that have yet to be addressed by the dealership. Firstly, after leaving the dealership, we noticed just how dirty the vehicle was. The windows were so dirty that we had to clean them with baby clothes so we could see on the way home. All of the glue from the window stickers was still present along with glue on the exterior from shipping. The transmission was slipping in 2nd and 3rd gear a bit as well and needs to be addressed. Firstly, my wife has driven almost 45 minutes in traffic twice to get this fixed. Both times, the person she was supposed to see wasn't there. The first time, the service person told her there was nothing they could do for her without providing her own transportation because they wouldn't provide her with a car while service was being done. The second time (this morning) they gave her and old vehicle that had been smoked in with no fuel. My wife is asthmatic. I honestly believe at this point from my last two purchases in over a 12 month period, that dealerships are always fantastic on the front end and complete and utter failures on the service side of things. I feel like I was treated like I mattered up front but not so much after the contract was signed. I will go forward from here by being very diligent in selecting a dealership that follows up on customer service AFTER the sale while keeping in mind that I had better be prepared for disappointment if something isn't right from the start. I'm unable to reach either the new car manager or the GM. I've contacted Kia's customer affairs and even they can't reach anyone in the dealership right now. So we'll wait and see if they can turn this experience into a positive. I'll update as things proceed. More
