Service Had several issues going on but the staff were very nice and respectful. They even made arrangements for a vehicle while my car was being repaired. They also took ownership for a few things that went undetected that should have been. This rare and I appreciate the honesty and intergreity of the managers. More

Most places would have went ahead and do the tire rotation and charged me but they didn’t. More

Not what I expected from Kia. Dropped car off at 745am on referral. I called at 410p to check status. No updates all day. My service advisor said they had not gotten to my car all Dropped car off at 745am on referral. I called at 410p to check status. No updates all day. My service advisor said they had not gotten to my car all day but they’d try. He called back at 520p. Stated 1 recall had been fixed, not the 2nd. They had ran diagnostics and found nothing wrong. He never offered solutions for 2nd recall. He was not present at pickup for questions. You would think a Kia dealership would want to steal a competitor customer. Especially one that was referred to Kia. Service department could take a lesson from CarMax for sure! More
