1st Time Customer This was my first time at Chattanooga Kia having recently moved from another state. I brought my car in for the recommended 15,000 mile check-up. In addition, the Service Dept helped restore Android Auto by completing an upgrade I thought I had performed. A clean, comfortable waiting area complete with coffee and snacks is available for those who choose to wait for their vehicle. I was impressed with the friendly, efficient service (they even ran my car through the carwash!) and will definitely continue to have my car serviced at Chattanooga Kia. More
Too late I went in for an oil change and i was asked if i wanted my car washed i said sure. I got my car back and it wasnt washed. Had to pay for their manufacturing issue I just wanted to give my feedback to your Kia dealership. At first, I was happy with the service department, they were able to answer all my questions I just wanted to give my feedback to your Kia dealership. At first, I was happy with the service department, they were able to answer all my questions and call me back in a timely manner. Then, after I agreed to have the work done, it all went downhill fast. I know this is standard in today's times to get someone's business and then be rude after the work has been started, but this is not how you stay in business for the long haul. My car was there over a month, I couldn't get any calls back from the service department, my airbag light was supposedly on (it wasn't on when I took it in) and they needed to replace the clock spring. I told them to go ahead but I wanted the old clock spring to verify the repair. Guess what I didn't get? The old clock spring. That's because the repair wasn't done. So great... You scammed me out of $300. Toyota or Volkswagen will be getting $40,000 from me when it is time to buy a new car. Also, my left fender is scratched all to xxxx, and I was told I needed new tires (they have less than 100 miles on them). A friend of mine took her car to Kia of Cleveland and had none of these problems. She got her car back in just over a week and took hers in after me. If I need anything in the future, I'll drive right by your dealership and head that way. That's a shame because I have told people for years that I drive a Kia optima and they laugh. I have always stood by my car and argued with them about how nice it is. I guess they were right though, and that's a shame. More
