Go to Kia if you like to play games. My husband and I went to Kia of Bradley to purchase a car. Our first visit we were greeted by a salesman and drove several very nice vehicles. We came back to make a purchase a few days later. We told the salesman that we didn't like playing games and we just wanted his best offer. We gave the salesman the amount we would put down and the percentage rate we could get at our credit union. (2.9%). We told him the price we would like to pay and off he went to talk to the "manager". He came back after several minutes and gave us the figures from the manager. They cut the amount we were willing to put down in half and gave us a whopping 7.9% without even running our credit report. There was no movement on the price either. We pointed out these things. We thanked him and started to go out the door. The manager quickly met us and we explained the problems with the figures. His comment was "Well, we aren't going to give you the best price right at the start. If you didn't like it you'd walk out. We thanked him and proceeded to the door. His final comment was "We don't price these so we can take a vacation to Hawaii you know. " I REALLY wanted the car but we had to pass on a dealership that plays too many games. More

Free oil change I went in for a free oil change...258$ and 3 hours later.. I finally got out of there.. They always find other things wrong.. bad dealship in honoring what is stated Bought a 2016 jeep wrangler on Monday, returned it on Wednesday because of no heat and the service dept said there was a clog in the system. They said I would have my down payment in 7 days. The day I return the jeep the guy in finance indicated to me that the loan paper work wasn't sent in yet to the finance company so they had no knowledge of this loan. Thursday mid day I'm receiving a call from the finance company asking me about the jeep I had just purchased? Thought the Kia finance guy told me paper work hadn't gone through? After receiving the call from the finance company I called Kia and spoke with the finance guy, he indicated to me that the paper work was electronically sent to the finance company. These guys have no clue to what they are talking about. I will update this review if my 5k down payment isn't received in 7 days More

He has always recommended the most viable route for repairs and purchase. All of my vehicle come from the dealership where Darin has worked in the service department. Prior to dealing with him, I have always noticed the cavalier nature of people in this industry where piling on the repairs without thought of the time or costs, have always been disheartening.
