They were so nice and helpful and relieved any worry! I had found a car I liked online and asked if still available. There quick response was Great!!! I got a call and they discussed any questions I had. So knowledgeable and so nice willing to work with me!! Discussed my options, and worked with me even though I didn't have any money put down! I loved how friendly Bob Miller was! He made me feel comfortable and introduced me to Tom the service man and John the financial man was so good and nice went over some great warrenties and worked with me to have my payment what I wanted to pay!! They were just great customer service and not pushy at all. It made my car buying experience comfortable and very enjoyable!! Definitely recommend to my friends, family, and anyone who needs a car. Don't care what the sale I went in told them I have three thousand dollars and I'm sixty livebon a limited income.told them I needed a reliable vehicle cause I travelled to Ca I went in told them I have three thousand dollars and I'm sixty livebon a limited income.told them I needed a reliable vehicle cause I travelled to California and Eugene.well the sold me a Grand Prix,I was in there everyday after I bought it told them it did not shift right.plus it kept blowing a fuse.they put another fuse in the first time two days later it now again the set me up to bring my car in to fix.so I set there for about an nour just to replace the fuse.well I was on my way home when I got there I thought to check the fuse they just python to see if still worked.it didn't so I called them the responds was oh well we don't change the fuse we did a oil change.i said why I haven't had the car even a month.to make it worse I have to put brake fluid in every week!oh they said they go thru there care real good!!NOTthat three thousand i had to use to by the car was to go on getting me some teeth so I could eat!!so now I don't eat and drive the car 🚗 that's not reliable! More
Best car buying experience ever. Bob Miller was my salesman...he was extremely knowledgeable about the 2017 Kia Soul...he listened to what I was looking for...and he showed me several Bob Miller was my salesman...he was extremely knowledgeable about the 2017 Kia Soul...he listened to what I was looking for...and he showed me several cars...wasn't pushy about new or used...he wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision and my purchase! This is not my first dealing with Butler Kia...I have been in multiple times to just look at what they had available...I was never pressured and was always honest about my visit...not one of the salesman I ever had dealings with were ever pressured or pushy...they always listened to me...and were helpful. Today I decided to purchase a new Kia Soul...I was a bit reluctant but they made it happen...very good with terms...got me better than expected...and for less than I expected! If you are thinking about a new car...go see Bob...you won't be disappointed...I was in and out...firm handshakes from all...and a top Notch experience for me!!! More

Great dealership My wife and I went here to look for a new vehicle for her. After checking out and test driving a 2016 Kia Soul, we told the salesman, Bob Miller, that My wife and I went here to look for a new vehicle for her. After checking out and test driving a 2016 Kia Soul, we told the salesman, Bob Miller, that we had to go but that we would be back the next day. Bob was very kind and didn't try to play any games to get us to stay and buy the car right then. The next day we did go back, met with Bob, and got my wife a her new vehicle. The negotiations were lengthy but everyone was very kind. We have also had good dealings with their service department, especially Tom Pitts, in the past since. Highly recommend this dealership. More
Quality Issues and Failure to Back Thier Product It's easy to review new car and the dealership you purchased it from right after the purchase when the honeymoon phase of your purchase is fresh. Here's my non-honeymoon review: My wife and I purchased a brand new 2016 KIA Sedona. It had a grand total of 19 miles on it. The sales staff was low pressure we liked that. Financing took a while but we bought on a Saturday when banks were closed. The first problem showed itself when it came time to register the vehicle. We had the tax and registration added to the financing. They were supposed to cut us a check and send it to DMV. As the deadline approached and penalties were about to accrue we called them and asked about the check and informed them that in three days we would be penalized for being late. They told us up front it could take a while; great. But when the check arrived sent to us late we saw that the check was dated almost a week and a half before we received it. It arrived too late and registration cost us an extra $250.00. We asked if they were going to reimburse us for the penalty since it was their failure to send us the check in a timely manner. they said they would get back to us. Surprise; they never did and we ate the $250.00. Part 2: We purchased all of the extended warranties and lifetime oil changes. At 13,000 miles my wife took it in to be serviced and found out that the tires were showing metal on the front and back tires. After only 13,000 miles? She was informed that the vehicle was very far out of alignment. After only 13,000 miles? Apparently the alignment warranty is up after 12,000 miles. I understand that I guess, but why didn't they catch that earlier, and then fix it? I am a very dissatisfied KIA owner. And Butler KIA's failure to fix what appears to be a fault or defect is unacceptable. Their inability to hold up to there end of an agreement in a timely manner by issuing a check for registration and tax and then hanging on to it for 7 - 10 days; unacceptable. More
