He is a great rep for the Kia brand and an honorable person who you can trust during your buying experience. It should also be noted that the rest of the staff at Kia are all a great bunch of guys and gals. Very helpful and zero high pressure sales tactics other dealers use. We could purchase any car we wanted from any dealer we decided and ultimately we decided to buy again from Mall of Georgia Kia. Dont bother wastin time at other dealerships. Vehicle was as advertised, actually had more equipment on it than I expected. The only problem was that they touted the 100K powertrain warranty on the used car ad when in reality that does not pass to the second owner. Straightforward and no games in our experience. Knocking a point off for the powertrain warranty advertising not matching reality. But price was $2-3K lower than a dealer 30 min down the road with no-haggle pricing who called them "certified" to add the warranty, so I suspect that is why. More
Go somewhere else The service department is worthless. Customers come in for a oil change but service department tries to sell unnecessary service for low mileage cars. Customers must sign up for appointments but wait behind drop in customers, I will drive cross Atlanta if I have to in order to find a better dealership. $60.00 for synthetic oil plus the basic oil charge- ripoff More

Kia was the first stop for us on a list of several other dealers we planned to visit. James Hart very casually greeted us and we chatted and assured him we were in the early stages of the hunt. He said "no problem" and long story short there weren't any! No hard sell no pressure not to leave. We actually did leave and came back 7 hours later. We told him what we needed to make the deal and he made it happen, all while being relaxed but professional, knowledgeable but not pushy or arrogant. Also, he patiently gave us an hour long tutorial of how to use all the electronics in the car. Great guy, great experience! More

Oct 1 post purchase experience - Dishonest/horrible cus svc One star rating is also too much because this dealer does not warrant my or your business....BEWARE of this most DISHONEST and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE dea One star rating is also too much because this dealer does not warrant my or your business....BEWARE of this most DISHONEST and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE dealer from personal experience dealing with everyone from owner Scott Jennaman , sales manager Chad Sutherland, finance manager Natalie Watson, internet sales manager Scott Baker, salesperson Duke Johnson.....in fact the only sincere and and customer service oriented person is the operator Kathlyn...check your invoice and you will see how this dealer first double charges you for the dealer fee $499 and then charges you more than the standard sales tax supposed to collect 7% but charge and collect more than 9.5%....numerous calls to resolve this went unanswered, gives one an idea of what the customer service is....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not fall for their coupons, internet pricing numbers, cars that don't exist etc....you will pay much much more... BE EXTREMELY CAREFULL IN DEALING WITH THIS DEALER Generally when doing research for a car i will read the reviews of the car and dealership if i am going to use a dealer. Approximately 3 weeks ago i s Generally when doing research for a car i will read the reviews of the car and dealership if i am going to use a dealer. Approximately 3 weeks ago i started out with this dealership and started negotiating a lease. After receiving quotes in various forms from the sales person, i continued to search. This week i received notice from the three credit bureaus, that 5 hard credit pulls were conducted by the finance manager (without any authorization). When confronted she admitted that she had (NO) prior authorization to do so. Further i discovered the salesperson had asked her to shop my credit, only after being instructed (NOT) TO PULL MY CREDIT ANY MORE. After speaking with Equifax, they agreed that this lowered my credit score regardless of what the dealership will tell you, and that numerous inquiries (ARE) red flags to any potential future lenders. Not one person including the owner have stepped up to try and remedy the situation or admit mistake. Now an attorney has become involved. The advice i can give is to continue looking for a different dealership. More
