DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This dealership is requiring $8000 over MSRP on multiple vehicles. They are holding vehicles hostage to create a bidding war. Absolutely worst experience. Showed up to servicing for my 10:40AM appointment on 4/12/21. Once I pulled in, I waited a few minutes just to be told by 5 people they'll be with me in a second. Eventually Jenny told me to go ahead go into the waiting lounge and she'll take care of it. I asked her approximately how long it would take and she responded saying 1 hour max. I waited 1.5 hours, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Car isn't ready, now it's closer to 1.45 hours and my car gets pulled forward. This is mean to be the 7,500 miles service. I find out while standing in line at the cashier that no tire rotation has been done. The one time I decided to bring my 2020 Kia to a dealership, you would think they know what kind of services needed to be done with their corresponding mileage, but I was wrong! When I approached the service manager, all he had to say was "well because you didn't pre-purchase the service plan through Kia mall of ga". Unacceptable excuse, instead of taking ownership, he disappeared. Eventually my tire rotation was done and I was just about to leave when I realized they used the incorrect profile for servicing. Absolute nightmare, won't return, won't recommend, and I am fairly certain PepBoys does a better job. More

Buyer beware! Sold a vehicle they said was good, passed inspection, changed oil, good to go. No! Beware! Liars !!! Oil filter was old and crusty causing major problems. Motor mounts were not connected to inspection, changed oil, good to go. No! Beware! Liars !!! Oil filter was old and crusty causing major problems. Motor mounts were not connected to frame. Engine and transmission leaks. My mechanics said it looked like they just over tightened the oil and transmission pans to sell car. 150 miles later, major leaks. Pathetic. Mall of Georgia you should be ashamed!!! More
My mother was blatantly disrespected by the staff of this location. Specifically a service writer named Nicholas. He left her a voicemail berating her and telling her never to come back. I brought this to the attention of the service manager Mark and after a week of trying to get ahold of him, he has now stopped responding. I work in hospitality management and I would never allow employees to act in this way, it is a shining example of how poorly this business is run. The Cappy family cares about nothing but profits. Please heed my advice and take your vehicle somewhere that respects you and the money you are spending with them. More
Hi I have a 2015 Kia Sportage when I first bought my car the battery was no good. I bought the car at Kia Buford Mall of Georgia. Today I went in to my mechanic to have an oil change that I do every time wh the battery was no good. I bought the car at Kia Buford Mall of Georgia. Today I went in to my mechanic to have an oil change that I do every time when it’s time to change it. My mechanic told me that my battery it’s starting to leak acid. So I took it to Kia and talk to them about it and said the battery should have a warranty. But they told me the battery did not have a warranty because their batteries don’t have warranties on them. So I will never ever buy another Kia again I am disappointed in Kia. And I hope No one else ever goes to Kia do you for the Mall of Georgia. A month ago they had to change my engine because it blew up. But thank God that didn’t cost me anything. But they should’ve took the responsibility and put a good battery in the car. Because the day that I bought the car and that was 2018 in July. I left Kia Mall of Georgia went to the grocery Store and then when I came out the car would not start. So I had to get the car jumped off. I had to go back over to the dealership and they had to put another battery inside my car. So two years later now that battery is leaking acid which it should not be. So it sounds like to me there’s stuff that they put in our cars Is not good equipment. More

And it is real, in case some still doubt it. Although the use of the mask or mouthpiece is not mandatory, and although its use is at personal discretion, I consider that in a "public attention" site, such as a Dealer, you should "compel" your employees to use of them for "respect" to the clients that if we believe in the benefits of its use. I can safely assure you that more than half of the employees who have direct contact with the public do not use them. Although if there is something they do on the site, perhaps to follow certain "hygiene regulations" or to justify being able to keep the business open: the placement of a plexiglas at the attention desk to separate the two spaces. What a "security device" ...... so effective, in cases like mine, that while I was on the "outside" side of the Plexiglas, three Dealer employees surrounded me, ALL without masks, all talking close to each other. from others and close to me, less than 3 feet away, since that counter is no more than 8 feet and we were 4 people "piled up" in that place. Could someone from that establishment explain to me what the plexiglas are for in that case? Does this "device" have some kind of magical or mythical "Korean Technology" for the absorption of viruses and bacteria that we are still unaware of that makes it unnecessary to use masks? Gentlemen, it is a matter of respect and COMMON SENSE. I think Kia Mall of Georgia suffers from both. More
