At every turn, I have been disappointed with the level of customer service. The finance director was rude when I objected to signing a "privacy statement" authorizing the dealership to share my personal pri customer service. The finance director was rude when I objected to signing a "privacy statement" authorizing the dealership to share my personal private information with unrelated 3rd parties. He told me it was a state form (which it is not), and that it was required for the sale (which obviously, it was not). He also bluntly asked me where I got my money when I told him I was paying with a personal check. And while I eventually understood why he asked the question, his manner was offensive. I paid with a personal check, which has delayed my title paperwork by an additional 10+ days, of which I wasn't told, even though the dealership had my funds on the day the check was presented to my banking institution, three days after the sale. I still have no title registered with the state of Georgia after three weeks. Today Brenda, the office manager refused to have someone from her staff follow up with me daily to let me know the status of my title registration with the state, even though she knew I was concerned and unhappy with the dealership.
