Best Experience in Many Years! I visited this dealership three weeks ago. I didn't see exactly what I needed; however, I was treated so well by both MADISON M. and ROBERT BAPTISTE, I visited this dealership three weeks ago. I didn't see exactly what I needed; however, I was treated so well by both MADISON M. and ROBERT BAPTISTE, I told them I would keep my eye on their website and come back. Today, I returned. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am a stickler for superior customer service and they exceeded my expectations. Never once did they pull the old "bait and switch." My experience was far better than I've had in more than 10 years. MADISON (Sales) was respectful of my wishes, professional, and accommodating. ROBERT B. (mgmt) was personable, professional and a genuinely good person. ROBERT said he wanted to earn my business three weeks ago and he did today. NATALIE (Finance) was very knowledgeable and professional. I plan to purchase again in two years with this dealership. I NEVER GIVE REVIEWS (good or bad) BUT EVERY CAR BUYER SHOULD EXPERIENCE WHAT I DID AT KIA MALL OF GEORGIA. More

Very Good Experience The most important part of the experience, which was working with the salesman, and the loan officer were all very very good. I booked an appointment through Rusty, the Internet Sales Manager we spoke to at length the day before. He greeted me and introduced me to Phil who took me for a test drive and explained all the features. Phil did a fabulous job and made me feel extremely comfortable, I was sold! Robert, the Sales Manager came by to ensure I was having a god experience which was great and I noticed he made contact with all the customers. I met with Natalie to do the financing and she was also very helpful and took the time to explain my options. This put me at ease. I left extremely happy and informed with my new car! I can't believe the deal I go and other dealers told me it was not possible. I will recommend this dealer to anyone that appreciates good old fashioned customer service.
