The service center here has been one of the worst experiences ever. Just about all of the supervisors are never available & I was not able to get a loaner vehicle. If you aren’t asking multiple assoc experiences ever. Just about all of the supervisors are never available & I was not able to get a loaner vehicle. If you aren’t asking multiple associates for help you will not get service. Constant voicemails had to be left without a return phone call. Vehicle parts were also left on top of my vehicle after the work was done. I’d never get my car serviced from this location again. More

Took vehicle in due to check engine light on and battery light on, vehicle was jumpy. Next day vehicle was ready so as soon as I started the vehicle I noticed the problem was still their along with the light on, vehicle was jumpy. Next day vehicle was ready so as soon as I started the vehicle I noticed the problem was still their along with the check engine light still on… apparently they did diagnostics and nothing came up. I’m pretty sure no one drove it to test it out. More

The staff was friendly nonetheless no sense of urgency. Was not greeted, made to wait in my car for 20 minutes before being helped.
