The service was awesome! It was a bit of a wait but it was Friday so that was slightly expected. The staff continued to check on us as we waited and we’re all very friendly. My agent Arturo was helpful with needed services and not too pushy but informative and had the best interests for maintaining my new vehicle. As someone new to LA, I will certainly be returning! More

My appointment was at 1:30 and I was not helped until 3:30, it took 2 additional hours 😡what the point to make an appointment😡 also you have employees just standing around and when you ask what’s going 3:30, it took 2 additional hours 😡what the point to make an appointment😡 also you have employees just standing around and when you ask what’s going on? They ignore you or if they actually answer their reply was that’s not my department. Finally the one employee that finally actually helped me was more then happy to do so. Maybe he should train all of the rest of your employees. More
