Preston was very attentive and kind, even offering me and everyone in the lobby waters on a very hot day, while he worked outside. My service was swift and the feedback was clear. Not a good experience. I went the first time for recall they said I have to come back because they have to order the parts. I called I asked and they said that they have the parts I went the second time I waited 2 hours and they said the car is ready. After 3 days I received a call saying the parts arrived, I said I was there 3 days ago and they said my car is ready, the lady on the phone was very nice and she apologized and gave me the nearest appointment. Again I went for the3rd time I waited 3 hours. My appointment was at 7 they start working on my ca at 8:40. I tried to talk to the guy to tell him please I can’t be waiting all day and His reply always was almost done. Not a good experience at all. More
I'm giving 2-stars because the staff was friendly however the wait time for my vehicle was 6 hours for a check engine light... The light ended up being a glitch so nothing could be done. Then two days later the wait time for my vehicle was 6 hours for a check engine light... The light ended up being a glitch so nothing could be done. Then two days later the light came on again. I'm pretty disappointed that I spent the day waiting for my vehicle just for it to glitch again and I'm back at square one. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this service location again. More
