My issue isn’t being without tue car cause you guys have had my car anywhere from 1-3 days before. It’s the point that you have it for that long and don’t fix the problem, so many times I’ve brought something to attention and was told “we couldn’t duplicate the issue” or “we fixed it” and the problem continues. I’m tired of giving up my hard earned money to thief’s and con artist. I will be going to a personal mechanic and that says a lot seeing you are try e manufacturer. Only good came from getting this car was Omari who provided good customer service and the two advisors that i normally deal with Julie Romero and Desiree outside of that the experience has been horrible as xxxx and i wouldn’t dare step back in that service center.
