I am extremely disappointed with the service at Kia of Downtown Los Angeles. This is now the third time I’ve brought my Kia Telluride in for the same recall issue, and each time has been a waste of my tim Downtown Los Angeles. This is now the third time I’ve brought my Kia Telluride in for the same recall issue, and each time has been a waste of my time. Most recently, after having my vehicle in the shop for two hours, they informed me they didn’t even have the tools to fix the problem. How can a dealership not be equipped to handle a recall issue, especially after multiple visits? To make matters worse, I attempted to reach the service manager, Eric Espinosa, several times, but received no response. This shows a serious lack of organization and respect for the customer’s time and safety. I expected far better from a dealership, and I will not be returning for any future services. More
Inv No: K1CS363373 Trunk Latch NOT WORKING AFTER I PAID FOR THE SERVICE. Arturo Rios was sending the information to KIA Engineers, to see why or what needed to be done to correct the issue. You KEEP MY M FOR THE SERVICE. Arturo Rios was sending the information to KIA Engineers, to see why or what needed to be done to correct the issue. You KEEP MY MONEY AND DID NOTHING. YOU HAD MY CAR FOR A WEEK AND THE TRUCK LATCH STILL IS NOT WORKING. SO, THE KIA ENGINEERS DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO EITHER? SO, KIA FEELS JUST SAY NOTHING IS BEST? More
As soon as I entered the entrance, I was grateful that the staff asked me questions, and I was grateful that they responded with a smile despite the language barrier. The only regret was that the rental c the staff asked me questions, and I was grateful that they responded with a smile despite the language barrier. The only regret was that the rental car service got angry and ignored me because they couldn't communicate, so I gave it 4 stars because of that feeling More
Not surprisingly the service salesperson, scratch that… I mean advisor …makes up his own pricing for my repairs. It’s the Wild West when it comes to bringing your car in for repair. Whatever they think that mean advisor …makes up his own pricing for my repairs. It’s the Wild West when it comes to bringing your car in for repair. Whatever they think that they can get away with. Battery replacement costs $485. Wait…in the text that someone sent me from the dealership I’m quoted $120 for labor and given the phone number for the parts department. So I call the parts department and they quote me $210 for the battery. Cost is $330. Like I said it’s the West. Plus he holds the car for 2 1/2 days. To replace the battery, inspect the front end, rotate the tires and change the oil? Come on. And for these reasons I will never step in this dealership again. More
Great service. Advisor really helped and was on top of getting my service warrantied as it still under the 10/100,000 and could find my dad's name in their system. Turns out his name was backwards by the selling dealer apparently. Would return again. More
