This dealership wants your money, and the second they get it, you stop being a human. I bought a brand new plug-in SUV with the highest level trim for nearly $60K. Included in that was an order for roof rack it, you stop being a human. I bought a brand new plug-in SUV with the highest level trim for nearly $60K. Included in that was an order for roof racks that cost $500 and had to be ordered by the dealership. After 6 weeks of waiting, and not hearing anything from the dealership, I started calling to inquire. I never once received a call back despite leaving numerous voicemails, and when I reached out to my original sales person I was ignored for at least two additional weeks. I finally sent a text message back to the original contact sales person stating that I would be contacting my attorney and leaving a one star google review. Suddenly like magic I got a call back. But this time it has been a full two months since I purchase my vehicle, and I have not received the roof racks, nor have I received any explanation as to where they might be, or when they might arrive. After another two weeks of daily contact and frustration, I found out that they never ordered the roof racks, and had no intention of calling me back. If I had not done my due diligence over and over again for 2 1/2 months, I would never have received the racks and the dealership would've just taken my money and ran with it. Finally, after another week of absolute disgust and frustration my roof racks arrived, and I was finally able to get them installed on my vehicle. It took 2 1/2 months of nonsense, but once the parts were ordered, they were there within three days. Throughout this process, no departments communicated with each other, and I was passed around from sales person to sales person in an attempt for the dealership to have me just get off their back. It was not until like I said, I became much more persistent that anything got done. If I had not threatened to leave a bad review and contact my lawyer, I don't think I would ever have received this product. More

I had an appointment and still waited for an hour before I was seen. The waiting area was packed so I had to wander downtown to find somewhere to wait. They charged me for my oil change. Didn’t give me a co I was seen. The waiting area was packed so I had to wander downtown to find somewhere to wait. They charged me for my oil change. Didn’t give me a complimentary wash. Didn’t reset the my oil. AND they scraped my tire, so now I have to buy a new tire. They were so rude and awful and mess up my car. Don’t go there. More
