Had my car for 8 weeks to do 7 hours of work. My rental cost more than the repair. They still haven't had an explanation for what happened. I kept contacting them for 3 weeks and getting vague answers. Mostly sales persons calling me back. Finally called the California Automotive Repair Bureau in and it still didn't get things moving. Not a peep heard from management until I was sitting in their lobby for 3 hours on the phone with an attorney. That got things moving. I learned you can file for breach of contract and any work done you didn't authorize you don't have to pay for. Which paying for it wasn't the problem, but because I was never quoted and they never told they planned on keeping my vehicle for 8 weeks (and still didn't finish the inspection). I didn't expect it to be closer to $8K with the rental costs included. I never would have agreed to that. 2nd Kia dealership that has been nothing but problems. I love my car, but I will never buy a Kia again because of this. More
