If I could leave zero stars I would. My car was at this dealership for a harness repair for over two months. I was in LA for work and my job ended and I needed to drive back to Florida i My car was at this dealership for a harness repair for over two months. I was in LA for work and my job ended and I needed to drive back to Florida in a rental because this dealership had taken so long to complete the work. There was probably the WORST customer service provided by my assigned service person Julie Romero. The only times that I would be able to get questions answered about the status of my vehicle was when I would physically show up and ask her or the manager on duty Eric. Phone calls get rerouted to answering machines that never get checked. It was a nightmare. When I finally picked up my car I was rushed out of the dealership so quickly I didn’t get an opportunity to make sure everything was functioning properly. In the end, the vehicle is not completely repaired and has other electrical issues it didn’t have when I drove it in. I will never go back to this dealership. Someone from corporate needs to do an audit here because it is tainting the Kia brand. More
