I am extremely disappointed with the service at Kia of Downtown Los Angeles. Most recently, after having my vehicle in the shop for two hours, they informed me they didn’t even have the tools to fix the problem. How can a dealership not be equipped to handle a recall issue, especially after multiple visits? To make matters worse, I attempted to reach the service manager, Eric Espinosa, several times, but I received no response. This lack of communication and competence is unacceptable. I expected far better from a dealership, and I will not be returning for any future services. More
