Took more than 30 days to get my car back. Half way through the wait time I was told two business days for parts. Waited 4 business days to call shop back only to be told there was actually no Half way through the wait time I was told two business days for parts. Waited 4 business days to call shop back only to be told there was actually no eta on parts. When asked about covering my car rental since we were approaching 30 days. I was told to call corporate. Corporate refused to cover the rental saying it’s not a manufacture defect. The auto shop forwarded to the manager Eric and he made felt like he didn’t read my email as I told him corporate will not pick up the rental charges and continue to forward me to call corporate. I had to borrow a car for two days, since my insurance was only covering for a solid 30 days. When I receive my car back the key hole area is the color grey and not black like the rest of the car. At this point this is the least of my concern I’m glad this experience is over. I will not be coming back to this shop for any future work and will tell everyone I know to stay away. More
